By accessing or playing Oddity (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Oddity is a free-to-play logic puzzle game available through web browsers. The Game provides daily puzzles and a library of puzzles at varying difficulty levels. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time.
All content in the Game — including puzzle designs, algorithms, artwork, interface design, and the Oddity name and branding — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Game or its content without our prior written consent.
You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: use automated tools (bots, scrapers, or solvers) to interact with the Game; attempt to extract or replicate the puzzle database; interfere with the Game's operation or other users' enjoyment; or circumvent any security or access controls.
If we introduce features that allow user interaction (such as leaderboards or sharing), you agree to use them respectfully and not to post content that is offensive, misleading, or that infringes on others' rights.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free game, is zero).
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
